A DIY Watercolor Journal

This week I'm taking a bit of a break from the craft studio renovations and focusing instead on getting some relaxing creative time. What better way than to create a watercolor journal and then start some experimentation in it? My studio is a mess so this art form doesn't require a lot of space. I can watercolor on any small surface.

I'm making my journal myself. I'm trying a bookbinding technique I learnt while I was visiting Thailand. I've tried to make the video as short as possible so that you don't get bored but there are parts where I feel it's important to show stuff in real time not only because the techniques require it but also because most of the time I'm talking through a few variations etc.

So grab some paper, needles and thread and let's make our own watercolor journal!

Next week I'm going to show you some fun little watercolor hacks, so stay tuned and do subscribe to my channel here.
