The Zentangle® Art Class – Tiles and Strings – Video 3

Welcome to the 3rd video class in my Zentangle® series. In this blog we will go over the 8 steps of the Zentangle® method in greater detail. We will also start working on our tiles and learn all about strings and borders. Drawing with your eyes closed and with your non-dominant hand is also explored in this video exercise. At the end of this blog you will have a stack of pre-strung tiles ready for the next class and tangling.

With this lesson I am also sharing my playlist that you can listen to while tangling. These clips include music from Chopin, Mozart and Beethoven. I find music very relaxing while tangling. These tracks range from lively to calming. I'll keep sharing new playlists in new classes so that you have access to some fun music. This playlist was made possible by the generosity of the folks over at musopen.
